In this document we inform you about how we obtain, use, store, manage and/or share any information you provide us, relating to any game, application or website (hereinafter referred to as the PRODUCT) of Spinbas Games Studio (hereinafter referred to as SPINBAS).
Acceptance of this Privacy Policy means that you agree to the terms set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any of the sections, please uninstall and/or stop using the PRODUCT.
If you are under 16 years of age, in order to use the PRODUCT you will need the consent of your parents or legal guardian, who must provide authorisation and compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Information collected
The PRODUCT requests permission "Photos/multimedia/files" to access the storage of your mobile device exclusively in order to save the configuration and/or the progress of the user. This information is stored on the device, and is never transmitted by any means outside of it.
The PRODUCT also requests the authorisations "Location", "Wi-Fi connection information" and "Device ID and call data". These authorisations are requested in order to offer access to the Google Play Games service, and also to offer advertising appropriate to your location and preferences.
We also use third-party services that collect certain information sent by your mobile device when such services are used.
In particular, we use various advertising providers that may collect the following information.
IP Address
Google Advertising ID
Location (provided that such permission has been granted to the PRODUCT)
Operating system and device type
Language and mobile network settings
Type of browser used to access the service
Service usage statistics, such as the number of times the PRODUCT is used and duration of the same, ad views and clicks made on the ads.
Furthermore, advertisers or partners of these providers may collect personal or other information through the service, and consequently of the PRODUCT.
We may also use the Play Games service from Google Inc., which requires the creation of a profile in that service that collects and saves personal information about the user. During the use of the service in the PRODUCT, information about achievements and scores obtained, which are associated with the Google Play Games profile, is sent to the Google Play Games servers.
If you choose to make use of Google Play Games, the game information will be sent to Google and will be associated with your Google+ identity, being visible in different Google products.
In any event, all the information referred to above is never sent to Spinbas Games Studio, and therefore is not stored in any way by Spinbas Games Studio, the aforementioned third parties being the recipients of the information collected.

Storage of information
As previously mentioned, SPINBAS does not store any information about its users in any way.
